9th International Leadership Conference
Artificial Intelligence and Leadership in Business and Economics (AILBEC 2025)
30th-31st of May 2025, Prague (Czech Republic)
The 9th International Leadership Conference "Artificial Intelligence and Leadership in Business and Economics" (AILBEC 2022) aims at bringing together academic researchers, policy-makers, and business stakeholders from the fields of business, economics, education, social sciences, international relations, energy research as well as political sciences responsible for the creation and maintenance of the sets of rules for the future sustainable development of entrepreneurial and academic leadership marked by the surge of digital technologies and artificial intelligence (AI).
Since ChatGPT (an artificially intelligent chatbot
) and other large language models (LLM), took the world by surprise in November 2022, AI found its way into all aspects of human lives. As a result, the whole concept of leadership and leaders in business, economics, and education is undergoing many profound transformations. Therefore, there exists a pressing need for eliciting recent updates in the concepts of leadership in business, economics, as well as education that would bring new insights into this topic and define the place and the role of leadership within the context of the wholescale AI deployment.
The 9th International Leadership Conference conference will offer a wide range of novel keynote speeches, paper presentations, and poster presentations, as well as several roundtables, and seminars.
The conference builds upon the 8 preceding International Conferences on the related topics that were held by the Prague Institute of Qualification enhancement between 2017 and 2022. The published and indexed materials from the preceding conferences can be found here.
The AILBEC 2025 conference is comprised of the 8 main Tracks:
